The Transformation Management Consultant should be able to leverage his/her experience of management and work with implementation teams, provide support to the team members and be involved in project execution with the client. Working under the guidance of senior team members, he/she will be responsible for:

• Managing activity through a weekly Programme Office session in which the progress vs. plan of all work streams is reviewed

Monitoring, Learning & Evaluation Function at WF:
An essential part of WF and other foundations is to objectively and effectively measure the impact that they have through the deployment of their funds. The purpose of the MLE group at WF is to enable and drive systematic, effective and objective measurement of results across the different initiatives and projects. This involves input and data analysis at the project and proposal level for:
• Establishing framework and principles for Monitoring, Learning and Evaluation for Wadhwani Foundation. This includes
o Theory of Change (TOC) for various initiatives & their programs
o Logic Model (Logframe) for various initiatives & their programs
• Documenting the specific Program Strategy and Outcome/Impact measurement approach for each initiative
• Creating and enhancing templates and tools for data collection and monitoring and collecting/ validating data at regular intervals for the same
• Validate data and intervention effectiveness through site visits and interviews with the Beneficiaries/ Stakeholders
• Conduct Baseline and Benchmarking studies and surveys in-house or through external consultants. These include Net Promoter Score (NPS) surveys as well as Impact Measurement surveys
• Create an Annual Impact Study at the end of the year – to document the results, efficiency and effectiveness of our interventions and learnings from them to improve our outcomes.
• Advise and support the initiatives in monitoring data collection, analysis and documentation of results
• Review and Collate quarterly results for various initiatives to report to management in the Quarterly Performance Dashboard.
• Helping initiatives and WF management learn from results and make suggestions to improve effectivity
• Engaging external consultants to do independent studies to evaluate impact
• Other strategic and operational activities related to Monitoring and Evaluation.
Through its activities, the MLE function will drive an outcomes based culture and data driven decision-making throughout the organization.

KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS
Talent Acquisition
• Ability to handle mid & senior level sourcing including interviewing candidates and on-boarding.
• Ability to attract Global Talent in various countries at Mid & Senior level for the foundation.
• Ability to handle different sourcing strategies across multiple countries and build in house sourcing capability to the extent of 90%
• Arrive at stringent Hiring Standards which includes interviewing & selection process
• Ensuring that the retention levels of new hires & the candidate satisfaction scores are extremely high
• Ability to source hiring partners across the board
• Participate in planning and working on strategic direction with heads of each program for job structures, organizational structure; recruitment and diversity strategies.
• Support, communicate, train and advise the management team on recruitment initiatives and interviewing techniques. Understanding workforce planning, and resource forecasting by working with the resourcing team to feed into recruitment timelines.

• Communicating with external sources, i.e. peer organizations to acknowledge any trends in recruitment and markets which could impact talent.
• Anticipating the foundation’s future and working with senior executives to advice on recruiting tactics.

• Increasing talent sourcing within the foundation by improving direct hiring.

Education and Work Experience
• Applicants must hold a relevant post-graduate degree in Human Resources, MBA or allied disciplines
• Minimum 15+ years of Total experience, with at least ten years at management level in the Talent Acquisition function.
