Role Overview:

The digital marketing manager should have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution. Digital marketing manager will work with the marketing team, support teams and vendors to launch campaigns on time and in budget.

Responsibilities
• Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, print and other advertising campaigns

• Design, build and maintain our social media presence

• Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)

• Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights

• Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies

• Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests

• Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience

• Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end experience across multiple channels and end user touch points

• Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels

• Collaborate with internal teams, agencies and other vendor partners

• Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate


Skills & Experience:

J0163 : Associate-Legal
Roles & Responsibilities:

• Perform First Line Review of various MoUs for entering into different programs initiated by the employer.
• Understanding nuances of Contract review and Agreements.
• Provide professional, timely, and prompt updates to the Deployment team related to execution or non-execution of specific MoUs.
• Updating and maintaining [pre-existing] tracker(s) for the executed MoUs, Agreements, LoU etcetera. Additionally maintaining the most current versions of MoUs and
Agreements boilerplates/templates and ensuring that all pre-approvals and paperwork are in order before sending MoUs and Agreements for signatures.
• Ensuring every update to the MoU and Agreement Boilerplates/Templates are effectively communicated to all team members either through calls or emails.
• Updating all records to enable all teams to download information.
• Drafting of various documents and vetting various other agreements.
• Assisting in Legal research
• Maintaining minutes/notes from all meetings in a meticulous manner.

J0162 : Technical Project Manager
Role Overview:

This role is expected to manage enhancements and ongoing support for one of the application portfolios comprising WebApplication, Mobile Apps & Windows App.


Roles & Responsibilities:

- Engage with customers, finalise requirements & scope of work
- Analyze, plan and develop requirements and put together project plans, execute, update/send weekly reports to stakeholders
- Assign and oversee the daily tasks of technical personnel while ensuring all subordinates are actively working toward established milestones
- Hold regular technical team meetings to determine progress and address any questions or challenges regarding projects
- Determine and define clear deliverables, roles and responsibilities for staff members required for specific projects or initiatives
- Research and evaluate hardware and software technology options and weigh the cost/benefit analysis where applicable


Skills & Experience:

- 8-12 total years of experience
- At least 3 years as a project/program manager handling web/mobile projects end to end

J0158 : Manager - TV Content
Role Context:

Wadhwani Foundation is seeking an energetic and motivated professional with deep understanding of TV Content to manage and support its partnership and relationship with the leading Business Channel, ET NOW and its “Leaders of Tomorrow” program.

Responsibilities Manager - TV Content:

1. Will be the Foundation’s SPOC with ET NOW for:
• content ideation
• strategic content inputs/topics for daily programming
• creating scripts for the above content topics
• maintaining a programming calendar to plan for the strategic content inputs in advance of the programming

2. Supervise an expert agency which is a one-stop content creation, production and marketing/distribution destination, for:
• implementing and giving shape to the above-mentioned content related tasks
• taking internal briefs for episodes at large, ideation on the same and ensuring creation of engaging, learning-led content on a storytelling and thematic basis as suited for target audiences
• developing creative and interesting scripts of 2-minute knowledge nuggets for 150-episodes basis subject matter expertise and directional brief (branded as Wadhwani Advantage)
• create interesting short video content to supplement the programming content with the objective to create hype and virality on varied media and platforms
• leveraging the excitement of reality show/gaming elements of the association -branded as Wadhwani Pitch and Wadhwani Takeoff - through creative ideation and marketing planning to make the programs viral and
implementation of the same (both on-air and off-air)
• repurposing of content through edits of existing footage to suit different media types and platforms – enabling content distribution to reach different genres of digital audiences
• quarterly planning and budgeting for requirements in relation to the above

3. Day-to-day operations, supervision and coordination between ET NOW, the Agency and Wadhwani team to meet project deliverables and timelines
This profile will play a key role in:
• driving incremental audience to the show by ensuring world-class entrepreneurship content that could become a gold standard for startups and SMEs
• helping create a state-of-the-art repository and a video library of rich experiential and learning-led content for entrepreneurs in various stages of the journey and providing value to them as a growth enabler
• meeting the objective of making this content viral; penetrating into non-TV audiences cutting across language, regions and media usage patterns
• play an instrumental role in helping to transform ‘Leaders of Tomorrow’ in its mission to become the “Go-to Mass Media Show for entrepreneurs in India”

Qualifications, Skills & Experience:
• ~6-9 years of experience
• Scriptwriter of finesse
• Understanding of TV content especially Scriptwriting and Story Boards esp. from a business context
• Understanding of startup/entrepreneurial ecosystem
• Knowledge of video production and editing process
• High-level of command over written English
• Good organization, planning, and communication skills
• A collaborative mindset and ability to work with multiple stakeholders
• Ability to manage numerous projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
