Role Context:
We are looking for a 360 Degree Support Manager to join the NEN India team to help nurture and grow the student entrepreneurship ecosystem in India by building and managing various support initiatives that empowers and engages student entrepreneurs. We are looking for someone who is innovative and can think out-of-the-box, as well as detail-oriented and capable of building, executing and measuring all initiatives in alignment with NEN’s objectives.

Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage end to end program management of 360 Degree Support Initiatives, run along with NEN Courses; 360 Degree Support Initiatives are combination of activities like- Masterclasses, Open Pitch Days, Open Hours, Open Houses, Demo Days, Expert Interventions and Entrepreneur Sessions.
• Research, strategy, and coordination of webinars and online networking events for support to student ventures who are part of NEN courses, including: setting the overarching strategy for each of the initiatives – platform setup, registrations, promotion, communications, moderation and feedback collection, analyzing and sharing post-event data and status reports on effectiveness of each of the 360 Degree initiatives.
• Scheduling and maintaining overarching calendar for all initiatives.
• Keeping up to date on various ecosystem initiatives and best practices and making strategic recommendations for how to incorporate those into NEN programs and offerings.
• The initiative should attract the right set of audience including student ventures, experts, mentors and investors and the topics should be approved by the team.
• Set, plan and coordinate with digital media team for communication campaigns and strategies for all initiatives.
• Network and reach out via LinkedIn etc to potential speakers in the ecosystem for Masterclasses.
• Maintain relations and respond to stakeholders (both external and internal) in a timely manner.
• Monitor, track and report on feedback and online/offline reviews.

Experience and Skills
Typically requires a graduate with 3 years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. The ideal candidate is someone who has experience in:
• Planning and executing learning and/or promotional events, with experience in event planning and execution strongly preferred; managing multiple client requests with excellent client service management skills
• Researching and implementing event best practices
• Managing relationships with vendors and internal/external clients and partners; multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment; focusing on minute details
• Analyzing event data; working as a part of a cross-functional team
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Outstanding stage confidence, to be able to moderate the webinars/events.
• Should be ready for any last moment changes with an effective crises management skills.
• Ability to hear, process, and respond to feedback from external and internal stakeholder and come up with creative solutions to meet their needs
• Relevant and direct experience in managing student entrepreneurs/startup community.
• Ability to identify and track relevant community KPIs
• Hands on experience with social media engagement and understanding of digital streaming platforms (Microsoft teams, Zoom, Webx etc.)
• Attention to detail, critical-thinker and problem-solver
• Experience in Startup/Entrepreneurship Department/Business Incubator/Academic Institutes will be an added advantage
• Very competent PowerPoint presentation and Excel skills

Role Context:

Will be responsible for creating, improving and maintaining content to achieve our business goals..
Our ideal candidate is an experienced professional with demonstrable creative writing skills.
Should perform well under deadlines and be detail-oriented. One should be an expert in content optimization and brand consistency.
Responsibilities

• Work with practitioners and experts to give make High level design documents with Outcomes, Course Map, Course Overview, Duration, etc.
• Design Facilitator and Master Trainer programs for the same
• Responsible for Quality of deliverables
• Testing and Validation of Design; Evaluation - Outcome-based content effectiveness and learning experience analysis

Qualifications, Skills & Experience:
• Experience Required: Total 6-10yrs and minimum 5 yrs into Instructional Design
• Proven work experience as a Content manager
• Exceptional Instructional Design Skills
• Exceptional Consulting skills to be able to draw out requirements and design solutions for the same
• Hands on experience with MS Office, MS excel, macros and WordPress and other sophisticated technologies for authoring, editing, publishing and sharing/ learning
• Basic technical knowledge of HTML and web publishing
• Excellent verbal and writing skills in English

Job Summary

Execute the social media strategy, targeting entrepreneurs in all social media platforms – Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, Snapchat, and others. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for executing and ensuring social media presence through custom content and campaigns on various platforms and engaging with different social media platforms. He or she will come up with creative ways to optimize Wadhwani Foundation’s page ranking on Google (SEO). The Social Media Manager will also be responsible for executing the social media marketing process, social media monitoring, and social media measurement.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute a social media strategy for all social media platforms – Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, Snapchat, and others
• Execute Search Engine Optimization (SEO) including (but not limited to) site design and structuring, articles and blogs, publications, social-media engagement, using keywords, engaging with social media
influencers and celebrities.
• Continuously improve Wadhwani Foundation’s page ranking on Google.
• Ideate and generate articles, blogs, pointers, recommendations, resources, thoughts, media-bits, conversations, and more on various platforms and channels.
• Ensure that the team is active on all social media platforms – Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, Snapchat, Tik Tok, and others.

The Program Manager (Start-up & Mentor Coordinator) will Help onboard selected mentors and startups. Ensure mentor need gap is identified and fulfilled. Be the SPoC for mentors and startups and ensure mentor-mentee engagement.


Responsibilities:
• Work with Head – Networks, Wadhwani VFT, for conceptualizing, building and scaling the VFT Sahayata Direct to Entrepreneur program
• Responsible for managing assigned mentors and start-ups for the Sahayata D2E program - overall responsibility for outcomes and key deliverables of the assigned mentors and start-ups
• Work with program lead to provide strategic guidance to the foundation for building and refining key operating models and processes, benchmarking approaches against other tried and tested models
• Build and improve the program model for the future via continuous business improvement practices
• Contribute to improvement of program content and offering by being the program’s ears and eyes with the stakeholders
• To be a key resource for the program


Qualifications, Skills & Experience:
• A seasoned professional with experience in the Start-up ecosystem or an entrepreneur with at least 10 years of experience
• Prior experience of working closely with start-ups or working in key roles in ecosystem enablement programs managing stakeholders
• Deep understanding of early to late stage start-up needs
• Well-connected and respected in the entrepreneurship ecosystem
• MBA/post graduate degree from a reputed institute will be a plus
• Excellent communication and interaction skills
• Ability to work independently as well as in collaborative environments when needed
