Role Context:
The regular responsibilities as a Head of Content include creating a mission, vision, and voice, and developing and implementing strategies for content. Also align content and business goals, while supervising staff and budgets.
Will be responsible for creating, improving and maintaining content to achieve our business goals. Responsibilities will also include sharing content to raise brand awareness and monitoring web traffic and metrics to identify best practices.
Our ideal candidate is an experienced professional with demonstrable creative writing skills. As a Content Head, you should perform well under deadlines and be detail-oriented. One should be an expert in content optimization and brand consistency.
Ultimately, one should be able to oversee all marketing content initiatives to ensure customer engagement, brand consistency and a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities Knowledge Content Head:
• Ownership of content performance for assigned verticals from creation to execution and performance reporting of editorial strategy.
• Produce and deliver high quality digital assets as per the goals every quarter
• Brief and work with writers to research, create and edit on content.
• Manage content on a daily basis to ensure content updates and uploads to the platform app.
• Excellent writing and editing skills. Leveraging multimedia content, plan and execute content outreach activities to generate organic traffic.
• Specifically proficient in video production, editing, scripting, impact assessment, in addition to the text, infographic, visualization skills and other usual
digital formats
• Manage and motivate writers through all stages of the writing and publishing process to ensure high quality output that upholds editorial standards and
protect our brand.
• Innovate the latest in visual solutions for all content and learning formats including workshops and videos and infographics for learning for entrepreneurs
• Ability to manage high quality with modest resourcing of the deliverables
• Experience on Knowledge Management Strategy
• Experience on B2B apps, knowledge management, content management on the platform app
• Manage outsourced content authors, network of authors
• Liaise with Transformation team for briefing, instruction and training of video content production to be done by them with the cohorts and with Sourcing
and Selection team for cohorts and advisers
• Ability to benchmark trends in digital content and customize strategy swiftly, ability to align resources

Position Title: PM – Wadhwani Educate & Opportunity
Location: Alexandria, Egypt

Additional Role Description:
The Program Manager will own all activities related to launching and making the Wadhwani Educate, FastTrack and Skills Platform programs in the region successful while working with the local partners and WF team members. This role is primarily that of a Program and Partner Manager. Key activities will be in the area of planning, implementation coordination and interfacing with the Engineering and Management institutes, Entrepreneur and SME organizations, Mentor and Investor groups. While the manager needs to have or develop expertise in the area of entrepreneurship development and education, the intent is to engage, and monitor individuals and partners, working with them with WF learning and content resources etc. so that students, start-ups and SMEs have more support. Additional responsibility would be to monitor results including new companies started by graduating students and growth indicators including jobs in the companies that are supported. Will own all activities related to launching and making the SDN program in the region successful while working with the local partners and WF team members. This role is primarily that of a Program and Partner Manager.
More specifically the role may be broken into the following key responsibilities:
1. Project Management for the Wadhwani Educate , FastTrack and Skills Platform Program
• Scope the Entrepreneurship development stakeholders and framework in the country for a strong understanding of current status, challenges and opportunities
• Help identify the needs and define the goals and scope of the program with clear roles and deliverables of the entities involved.
• Work with the manager to create a detailed project plan, monitor actions and ensure timely completion of deliverables to meet the needs.
• Liaison with all parties involved, ensuring common understanding and that deliverables meet the requirements.
• In general, ensure WF involvement is properly utilized and resulting in valuable deliverables that meet the objectives of the program and initiative.
• Scope the opportunity stakeholders and framework in the country to develop a strong understanding of current status, challenges and opportunities.

• Responsible for developing and managing the institutions & other partner Organizations including Entrepreneur & Startup Associations in a given market
• Qualify and sign up relevant institutes as per target & within timelines
• Facilitating the capacity development of member institutes –this includes working with the head of the institution, faculty leaders, and students to help structure, design and execute the right experiential programs
• Facilitate access to different resources from within and outside the Wadhwani Foundation.
• Initiate and lead collaborations, networking & training programs on ground
• Identify & develop local resource teams including key faculty, mentors & entrepreneurs
• Work with individual institutions to visualize and build goals & annual road maps
• Work with the Central Team in mapping the market training needs and help implement these programs on ground
• Help administer the surveys on campuses at regular intervals
• Catalyze interest in entrepreneurship amongst students on campuses

Wadhwani Advantage is an invitation only program dedicated to support and accelerate the growth on selected SME’s. The nature of the program is to identify potential SME’s, identify the needs of each participant and to provide them with world class consulting, advice and content for life, in order for them to exponentially growth and generate high value jobs.
The BDM will be responsible manage the SME sourcing partners (Banks, Chambers, Associations, etc) to reach the required scale of companies to join the program and to develop the network of consultants, experts and advisors to join the WA Network to support the program participants.
The role for this job is to guarantee the quality of members of the network by creating a solid curating process, promote and sell the program to the key stakeholders in the country and to provide the best possible participants to the selection & transformation teams as well of coordinate with platforms to have them available in the apps.

Position Title: Entrepreneurship Educator: Remote Learning Delivery

Role Context:'

The Foundation is working with top institutions and start-ups in the ecosystem, to enable them to be successful. The foundation has launched a 2-semester practice-focused academic program for students and a first of its kind Accelerator for start-ups and SMEs in India. Over a period of three months, the Foundation works with chosen start-ups via workshops, 1:1 personalized coaching and consulting, and by enabling an ecosystem of growth consultants, functional consultants and service providers.
Remote Learning & Online Engagement Program is one of the latest initiatives of the Foundation to reach out to students and startup entrepreneurs globally irrespective of their geographic location so as to democratize the spread of knowledge and best practices in the area of entrepreneurship.
Using cutting edge technology, WF plans to simulate classroom reaching experience online using the latest and teaching and learning pedagogy and the world class content on its learning platform LearnWise.

Responsibilities:
• Deliver Online Sessions using our LearnWise Platform and other related tools to deliver classes remotely.
• Help team members and internal or external customers of the Foundation in the area of entrepreneurship and entrepreneurship education to answer important strategic questions through analysis, external bench marking, and clear communications.
• Build and refine key operating models and processes, bench marking approaches against other tried and tested models with respect to best practices of Online Education especially in the development of key resources such as faculty, mentors and investors in the entrepreneurship space.
