J0231 : Program Manager - WE & WO Alexandria
Role Brief:
The Program Manager will own and drive for the city and surrounding regions as assigned by the manager all activities related to launching / establishing and making the Entrepreneurship and Opportunity programs in the area successful while working with the local partners and other WF team members.

This role is primarily that of a Program and Partner Management in two of the Foundation’s programs a) Wadhwani Entrepreneur and b) Wadhwani Opportunity in the country. See descriptions in the highlighted section of the programs above

Key activities will be to establish scalable models for supporting young startups to stabilize and establish their businesses for scale. The objective is to establish scale operations that catalyze hundreds and thousands of startups with structured and nuanced support models with measurable outcomes of growth and new jobs planning. Interfacing with the Entrepreneurs, Universities and Institutes of higher education, Technological Institutes, High Schools, Employers and Professional Institutes. While the manager needs to have or develop expertise in the area of Skilling development and education, the intent is to engage, and monitor individuals and partners, working with them with WF learning and content resources etc. so that students have more support and to monitor results including engaging and graduating students and growth indicators including jobs obtained by the students that are supported.
More specifically the role may be broken into the following key responsibilities:
1. Wadhwani Entrepreneur Program:
• Responsible for developing and managing the WF NEN institutions & other partner Organizations including Entrepreneur & Startup Associations in a given market
• Qualify and sign up relevant institutes as per target & within timelines for the WF NEN curricular and non-curricular programs.
• Work with individual institutions to visualize and build goals & annual road maps for successful outcomes
• Facilitating the capacity development of member institutes –this includes working with the head of the institution, faculty leaders, and students to help structure,
design and execute the right experiential programs.
• Facilitate access to different resources from within and outside the Wadhwani Foundation.
• Initiate and lead collaborations, networking & training programs on ground
• Identify & develop local resource teams including key faculty, mentors & entrepreneurs
• Work with the Central Team in mapping the market training needs and help implement these programs on ground
• Help administer the surveys on campuses at regular intervals
• Catalyze interest in entrepreneurship amongst students on campuses
• Drive participation and successful outcomes from the curriculum and non-curricular programs
2. Wadhwani Opportunity Program
• Scope the Skilling needs, institutes development, stakeholders and framework in the country.
• Help identify the needs and define the goals and scope of the program with clear roles and deliverables of the entities involved.
• Work with their manager to create a detailed project plan, monitor actions and ensure timely completion of deliverables to meet the needs.
• Qualify, sign up and build network of institutions and other partners as per targets and within timelines.
• Liaison with all parties involved, ensuring common understanding of program, delivery mechanisms, incentives, infrastructure and outcomes to ensure deliverables are met.
• In general, ensure WF involvement is properly utilized and resulting in valuable deliverables that meet the objectives of the program and initiative.
• Help administer the surveys on campuses at regular intervals
• Build Employers network and support:
Identify and enroll high potential large employers for the rollout of JobWISE training via their CSI/CSR or Internship programs
Engage employers for placements with the largest and best performing institutional

J0230 : Transformation Consultant - Program Manager
Role Description:
As a Transformation Consultant program manager you will manage transformations, Quick Impact Initiatives, discoveries, liaising with advisors, experts, assisting channel members and SMEs in doing Do it Yourself discovery and other tools by tracking metrics, and handling complex analyses, whilst also preparing communications to report back to the SME management, coordination with advisors and your manager at the foundation. You will contribute to content and knowledge creation in managing survival and growth strategies for the SMEs. You will monitor the impact in accelerating revenue of the SMEs and jobs protected or created for the SMEs. Your deep connect with the SMEs is absolutely necessary to listen to and solve their issues.

Job Responsibilities:
• Responsible for creating a PMO that will enable the effective coordination and monitoring of the transformation agenda, growth and survival plans, maintaining the APP/ technology platform of
the program in updated state all the times.
• Ensuring of content writing, documentation, supporting materials, and project plans updated and readily available for SMEs, transformation teams, Managers, Regional leaders.
• The KRAs of Net Promoter Score, Job protection/ creation, Content creation and SME-Advisor relationship management.

J0229 : Analyst – Catalyst Fund
The role involves covering the following responsibilities on India Investments:
• Integrally involved with all aspects of the private equity investment process, including: deal evaluation, performing due diligence; handling negotiations; structuring transactions, portfolio management and exits.
• New deal development and analysis – validation of industry thesis, development of investment angles, competitive industry and market analysis leading to a recommendation.
• Transaction execution – financial modelling and analysis, industry analysis, assisting in documentation and transaction structuring, leading diligence in specific areas.
• Portfolio management – day to day monitoring of portfolio companies, following of global industry trends and competitive landscape, analysis and preparation for board meetings.

Role Context:
Business leader with proven track record in driving skilling initiatives across nation and working with different stakeholders like Government, Vocational Education & Skill Development institutes,
& Employers. Experience in identifying, launching and growing new business opportunities & delivering the expected outputs and outcomes.

Responsibilities and Duties:
• Drive the national initiative on Skilling
• Drive the supply & demand side for the initiative nationally
• Drive business development for the initiative across all segments
• Responsible for driving the outcomes and outputs from the beneficiaries
• Responsible for identifying and implementing new (tech enabled) biz models in the initiative
• Team building & management skills
• Build and nurture the various networks required for the initiative (Employer, Trainers, Mentors)

Candidate Qualifications, Skills & Experience:
• 20-25 years of experience in B2C, education/skilling ecosystem
• Experience with VTP/VTI Eco system, Vocational Education/Skilling sector and work experience with Govt. agencies
• Strategic/Innovative thinker, Business acumen and Analytical rigor
• Attention to details & Data Analytics capability
• Tech and scale oriented, Ensure the usage of the technology platform and think through how to leverage technology based tools / Portal for knowledge and information to begin with -
evaluate existing portals + identify key required functions to serve our audience.
• Drive team to meet objectives
• Ability to work and make decisions in an ambiguous environment
• Business development experience with account management expertise

J0225 : Associate- HR
Job Overview : This position will be part of the HR organization, working directly with the AD – HR on daily administrative tasks and support on other HR tasks / projects. This includes onboarding, record maintenance (paper, soft copy and HRIS), Background verification, exit related actions, tracker maintenance, etc. The person should be computer savvy (MS Office), organized and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities and Duties:
• Support in new-hire onboarding, including scheduling orientation, ensuring all necessary paperwork is properly filled out and filed. Creating hard copy files of new hires, soft copy documents, HRIS data, tracker updation, etc.
• Organize, maintain and update employee HRIS information as needed
• Initiate BGV, track and ensure closure of any insufficiencies
• Track and update insurance data for all employees.
• Execute all operational actions related to Exit management.
• Support in preparing the payroll inputs
• Track, update and verify all vendor invoices
• Audit assistance when ever required
• Assist in preparing employee letters
• Track and schedule all employee 1-1’s and other interactions
